Train Ticket Cancellation Refund: In today’s time almost Indians travel by Indian Railways. Many times after getting the ticket it has to be canceled due to some reason. In such a situation, according to the rules, they have to pay a penalty of a few rupees, or rather, at the time of refund, the Railways returns the minus amount, but now a good news has come for those customers. Paytm has launched a new scheme, according to which now 100% refund facility will be available. India’s leading payments and financial services company Paytm today announced that the company will enable users of Paytm Super app to avail free cancellation with ‘Cancel Protect’ on train ticket bookings.
100% refund facility will be available under Cancel Protect
With ‘Cancel Protect’ cover, users can claim 100% instant refund on those train ticket bookings. For this, the guidelines made by Paytm have to be followed. Canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled time of departure or before charting (whichever is earlier). So they will get refund. With ‘Cancel Protect’, passengers can cancel regular and tatkal train tickets from anywhere and anytime without any questions being asked.
All facilities will be available on Paytm app only
Users with Paytm can enjoy zero payment charges on train tickets booked through Paytm UPI. Users can book tatkal tickets, check train running status, check platform numbers and check PNR for all tickets booked on Paytm or other platforms.
