New Delhi: Earthquake tremors have been felt in Delhi-NCR and Punjab. Its center is being told in Hindukush of Afghanistan. Earthquake tremors have been felt in many parts of the country including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Jammu and Kashmir. These tremors were so strong that people came out of their homes. The intensity of the earthquake is said to be 6.5 on the Richter scale. An earthquake of such intensity on the Richter scale is considered very dangerous.
Metro stopped due to earthquake in Gurugram
The tremors of the earthquake in Haryana’s Gurugram were so strong that even the Metro was stopped. Whereas in Ghaziabad, UP, these tremors were so strong that people came out of their homes. Its video has also surfaced.
News of building tilting in Delhi’s Shakarpur
Due to the strong tremors of the earthquake, the news of bending of a building has come to the fore in Shakarpur, Delhi. This building is near metro pillar number 51. However, till the time of writing the news, no major loss of life or property has come to the fore.
Tremors were also felt in Pakistan
These tremors of the earthquake have also been felt in Pakistan. Earthquake tremors have also been felt in Pakistan’s Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar. Here too people came out of their homes. Afghanistan’s Hindukush is said to be the epicenter of the earthquake.
In Jammu and Kashmir also people came out of their homes
Even in Jammu and Kashmir, the tremors were so strong that people came out of their homes. In the video that has come out from Srinagar, people are standing outside their homes.
